Hi there! My recovery was kinda hard but not because of the actual surgery. I tried to do too much too soon and hurt myself. Just stick to the diets that are given to you and walk, walk, walk... you have to keep moving to get rid of all of the gas pain that you will have. Take the pain meds that they prescribe it will help your body heal you are going to need the rest. Take enough time off from work... that was my mistake.. I went back too early and ended up on mandatory doctor ordered half days.
