Hit 115 lb down, and Just got Engaged .. Truely happy

Give it time to heal remember, the inside my feel better but it's not done yet, I had port healing pain that I was feeling about 4 weeks after surgery. It's weird and annoying. I started working out lightly 1 week after, like water aerobics, light walking NOTHING CRAZY I had my surgery in January 5th this year. I have lost 64lbs now and now think I got the hang of everything. I think Im doing good with my weight loss but some times see other peoples post and wish I had more time/ energy to work out... I think as long as I loose 10 lbs per month or more Im happy... dont be frustrated it takes some time for you and your body to adjust.
