  1. are we doing damage to our stomach/lapbands every time we PB?
  2. Hi all, I had my third fill last Thursday so I am 6cc in a 10ccband. I am trying to eat food today and it's very painful. Should I keep sticking to liquids and Protein shakes? My last two fills were easy compared to this one. The pain is intense in my stomach area, no vomiting, any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks!
  3. I was banded on 12/28 and have lost 21 pounds...just got my second fill today so I am excited about the band doing it's thing, as my doc said. Good luck and stick with your program!
  4. Viv I was banded on the same day however I went in at 8:30am and was home by 2pm. Sorry to hear about your banding be dragged out to the max...I hope you are doing better now at home. I wish you the best 2010 and stay on those liquids!
  5. Hi all I was banded on 12 28 09 and am doing great...on the liquid diet however i find gum chewing satifying is it okay?
  6. Hi I am will start my pre op diet this Monday, as my surgery is the 25th. I will go 2-3 protein shakes a day and protein and veggie for dinner. I am going with fish and fresh cucumbers with lime juice. I will stay away from steak...just lean protein and mix up the veggies as best as possible. Best of luck!
