I found your blog awhile ago when I was going through the "should I" stage of this process. Your wisdom, wit, humor and openness have been a shining light of encouragement to me. I go tomorrow 4/8/10 at 10:30 for my lap band and just wanted to tell you thank you from the bottom of my heart! OK... whew got to go have a good cry now! Much love, Heather
