Hi there SkinnyInside! Sure thing....I did my video back in December so I am getting ready to make a new one. I am at goal now so about 40ish pounds down from when I made the video. I hope you enjoy it.

Hi Mattie- I just wanted to say that yes, I have lost 194 pounds. I did, however, lose the first 20 pre band. It has been an exciting year for me! But this forum....priceless for helping me get through it! I also seriously love reading posts like the one I chimed in on. TOTALLY my humor, lol!

Mandy- Yep! In the beginning it was so much fun. As long as you follow all the band "rules" you should do GREAT. Thanks about the video....I am happy if it can inspire others. I really really really relied on that kind of inspiration at points in the beginning. My life now is so awesome. (as far as my body size and health goes). I feel like I have been reborn!
