Thanks for stoppin by That is gonna be rough doing the liquid nonsense before the holidays but you are right... why not, and just skip all that holiday weight gain.Thanksgiving food is overrated anyways LOL. My band is pretty snug these days so I am not sure how thanksgiving is gonna work for me either... I want to lose about 70 more... and I will Take care, and stay encouraged!

Hey... I dont know how I came across your profile... but I just wanted to encourage you... The liquid diet sucks, there is no way around it... But its OHHHH so worth it... ive love 70 pounds in the last 6 months since I have been banded and its the best thing I never did for myself... you are going to do great! You are beautiful now, and you will be a knock out after And yes, be sure to take lots of pics becuase its soooo encouraging to look back on them as the months go by. Good luck!!!

Hi 4X4... Thank you for your compliments! I never mind answering questions because I wish i had known about this site before I had my surgery because I felt so lost at times! I have had my band since April of this year, and I have lost 70 pounds. Today is actually my 6 month "bandiversary"... I would do it over and over and over... of course there have been some challenging days... but the results that I have seen have been worth every minute of being uncomfortable...Diets are never fun... but the lap band is such a great tool...
