  1. I am at the gym at 8:30 in the morning and I don't eat until about 12pm band is just too tight in the morning, I am a morning person so I love going in the morning and sets my mood for the rest of the day. I spend about an hour 3 to 4 times a week in there and it is my stress reliever.


  2. Int stomach area is sore to the touch, I am nauseous and was very constipated I drank the magnesium drink and that is helping a bit and my band feels super tight. I am sooooo uncomfortable I can't stand it, it is my time of the month. Any suggestions? I did overeat on Fri. Could that have done this?


  3. I was banded last May and am down to around 135lbs and I can't seem to get rid of the flabby arms. I run and do full incline on the treadmill, I lift weights and still nothing. I think the flabby arms are here to stay!!!!


  4. Well I think I may be at mine I am at 6.66cc's in a 10cc band and I am lucky if I can eat 1/2cup of food. I find myself leaning towards junk food it seems to be the other food that goes right down with now problem so I am getting calories from somewhere. I know I am probably too tight but with no insurance right now I cant afford to go back and get any taken out. 1cup of food sounds like that should be a good amount just make sure you are getting all your Protein in.


  5. I am the same way, 4th fill Dec 15th with 6.66'ccs and I have all the same problems you are having but sometimes of the day are better than others. In the morning def. nothing until about 11am then just a little bit and then after like 4 bites I start the sliming and sometimes vomiting. I am hoping it will subside after sometime. Good luck and I hope you start feeling better soon.


  6. I have about 15lbs to reach goal and I just can't seem to get there. I am eating about 800 to 1000 calories a day, I work out for about an hour 4 to 5 times a week and I try to change it up on the treadmill. I do strength training about 2 times a week but I can't seem to push past this current weight. Does anyone have any suggestions to boost my metabolism and get me past this hurdle?


  7. I had my 4th fill on Dec. 15th, I am up to 6.66cc's. Well since then I am able to keep down drinks but certain times of the day I can't keep down the food, now my stomach is so sore and not sure if its from all the vomiting. I am able to eat about a half a cup of food and then if I do one more bite its up in the bathroom for me. I am not sure if I am too tight or maybe not chewing good enough or small enough bites. Anyone have this problem before?


  8. I haven't had a fill since August, I have 5.66cc's. I have been doing good and have lost about 51lbs so far since May. I have about 20lbs to go to reach goal but the the past two months I have only lost 7lbs, I have been very hungry the past few weeks and can eat alot at one serving but every now and then food will get stuck especially bread. Does that usually mean I need a fill now? I go tomorrow to see my dr. I am thinking def. yes? I should have been at goal by now since the last time I seen him. I did fall off the wagon the past two weeks and Monday started back at the gym so I am back on track just eating more than I should.


  9. For the past two weeks I have had sever pains in both sides it comes and it goes but now it sticks around more than not. I went to the dr on Fri and had abdominal and pelvic ultrasounds done and came back normal. Has anyone had anything like this and from them probing around doing the ultrasound I am in extreme pain my question could this be gas pains and for that long? Dr. gave me tylenol with codeine and it does nothing for the pains. I am very gassy and belching alot. I tried gasx and phazyme tablets and it really doesn't seem to be doing much. Also I am not constipated that I know of I go everyday. Please any suggestions would be appreciated.


  10. This post is great, I feel the same way I have 20lbs left to lose and the past week I only ended up at the gym twice and just kind of not caring. I am kind of like well if I don't lose anymore I am still at a good weight. My motivation just seemed to go down hill overnight. Maybe next week will be different and I will get back on track!!!!

You know I felt what you felt last night, my family and myself went a local pizza place I was in comfort food mode lots of stress going on right now and I had one slice of pizza and we ordered cheese fries well I didn't get to eat the whole slice and had a few fries and I was so disappointed b/c I wanted to eat all of it and maybe another slice, well I ended up in the bathroom vomiting at the pizza place I guess I ate too fast but I was so upset b/c I really wanted to eat everything!!!!!! For a second I missed the preband eating but feeling much better today and so grateful I wasn't able to eat more!!!! Love the band!
