Your 6-month wait, was that because of insurance requirements? Thanks for the encouraging words! Some days I feel like I'll never get there, so I might as well just give up. I'm fighting to lose the 10% I need to lose to shrink my liver. Its so frustrating! I began looking into the lapband approx. 15 months ago, but didn't begin the process until May of this year. I have to admit though, I am learning a lot through these nutrition visits, which I know will better prepare me for the future.

I'm definitely starting exactly where you did and really hope I'll have similar success! You'll have to share some secrets with me along the way!
