I've been away for awhile but I have lost a total of 72 lbs since my surgery on 3/23/11. I am so glad that I had this surgery!!! I dont regret it one bit. Thank you Pittsburgh VA, you have given me my life back. 36 lbs to goal!!!!

Got weighed in yesterday for Optifast pre-op. Down 20 lbs since 02/01/11. Not bad. Now to get my sholder surgery done on Friday which means real food on Thursday!!! Yippy Skippy!! Can't disobey the Orthopedic Surgeon....What should I eat??? No matter what I eat, I am going to make it count on the flavor chart!!!!

27 days until sleeve day! I cant wait to get this done!
