Do you feel any restriction? I don't! But I have no fluid in my band? I emailed my doctor but he hasn't gotten back to me. I am very worried.

Go to Ticker factory.com and create your ticker. Then copy and paste it into your signature. When you are on your homepage...go to Customize Profile...then click on edit signature. Hey! I lost sooo much weight and did so good on the quitting smoking he moved my surgery to the 16th where he had a cancelation. So move me on the list also!!! Yeah me!!!

Hi Gorda, Yes, I asked for an aggressive fill and was granted one. She was unsure about it but I convinced her. If you have no restriction you shouldn't wait until the end of March (if they have no appt. until then tell them to call you if there's a cancelation..make them take your number and be firm). Call your doctor and tell them that you have no restriction and you want another fill. When was your last fill appt.? You probably have to wait at least 2 weeks between fills, but anymore than that is rediculous!!! I encourage you to take control of the situation and be more aggressive with getting this under conrol! Let me know what you decide.

Hi Leigha, I'm getting my third fill this Monday. I had some restriction with the last fill. Lost 2 lbs in 2 weeks, so far. The first week was greata and now I can eat just about anything. Although, I do take smaller bites, chew, chew, chew and smaller portions, by choice. I'm full. Can't wait for Monday. Maybe I'll hit my sweet spot! Who knows? You are sweet to think of me. How are you doing? I see your posts and think of your struggles. I am in the same boat as you are except I can get in to see my doctor. Hope you are well and not too hungry. You have lost a lot. Be proud!

How are you feeling? Any better today? I'm two weeks out and feel great. Walking all around the park everyday. Take care and hope you're better soon.

How is your protein intake and your fluids. Those were both key in my recovery. You should be getting 60-80 grams of protein a day and 64 oz of fluids. I had to force myself and sometimes still do. Also, I walk and walk and walk. I walked every day, outside, and still am. I'd say after about 10 days I was better, blueswise. Now I'm almost normal 16 days out. I forget, when was your surgery? How long ago? Not too long, if I recall. I layed around alot and watched dvds. Let me know how you are and I'll pray some more. Can't hurt. Take care. Hugs to you...

How many ccs do you have in what size band? Just curious. I am at 6ccs in a 10 band as of this morning's fill.

How's it going with the smoking? I finally bit the bullet and quit (with Chantix). Day one was horrible but since then it's been okay. I'm 6 days smoke free. Yeah!!! My doctor requires it. So I had to!
