Oh, okay. You have to keep me posted on your recovery. I had my first fill scheduled for today, but had to reschedule and can't go until Nov 2nd...I'm going to have to kick it up a notch next week with my food choices!

Hey-Have you taken a look at the Girlfriends-Women of Color support group? It's nice to relate to sistahs with similar body types...

I'm trying my hardest to do my part to make this most effective. I've been working hard and I'm sure it will pay off in the end. Did you ever reach a point where your weight loss slowed drastically?

You have made great progress. Dr.Benavides was my surgeon as well and I was banded on Thursday 09/24/09. I am down 25lbs so far and have about 80-90 to go. We will see-I don't really have a goal weight, I will know I'm done when I like what I see again! Your stories are motivating and so are your pictures. It helps me to see a woman with curves similar to mine have such a great outcome! Great Job and continued success.
