Hey Heather! How are you? I am well, just not losing the weight I wanted....I know we did not gain it overnight and it's not going to leave overnight but....I want it gone like yesterday!. I have set a mini goal for myself...To break 200 and into onederland by Christmas...I would like to do it by Dec 10, I'm going to Vegas but that's wishful thinking considering practically everyone on here says the weightloss slows after you start the mushies. How are you doing with the mushies/Stage III diet? Have how cheated? What do you typically eat??? What have you eaten today?

thanks for the reply. Yes, I was banded last Tuesday, 10/20. I did post in the October group. That's amazing that you go to 190 within a couple of months. I can only hope to do the same. I will keep the board posted on my progress.
