Hi there, I was banded 8/6/09. Since our dates are so close I thought I would join you if that is ok. I have only told less than a handful of people also. I am walking every morning for 1 hr and almost every evening. I am determined to lose lbs.

Hi there, I just joined today because you blogs are so encouraging and uplifting. I was banded 8/6 and go for my 1st fill 9/4. I am kind of scared. But I hope it will stop me from feeling hungry. I am not setting numbers either. I just want to loose at a steady pace and try not to get discouraged. I am walking 2x a day morning & night at least 45 min to 1hr.
