Cottage cheese is high is salt For me.... cottage cheese leaves a nasty taste in my mouth and I find that I desire to eat (not hungry) but that could be from the salt

Is that Palm Springs...Cal or Florida? I am from NY and you go on vacation to Florida and the whole state (NY and NJ) are there We have a joke with friends that it is easier in the winter to take a plane down to Florida stay for the day and then come back home....lol....you might laugh but if you spend a day in the city between parking etc ,,,, you might as well go to Florida..a shame I luckily do not live in the city -

I use the Vitamin Shoppe packets for my DH. For cooking and me, I use Trader Joes brand in a large cylinder, There is supposed to be a brand that is sold presently in the supermarkets that is a blend of regular sugar and Stevia. That might be a healthy start for you, since you are getting off the use of sugar, Stevia cannot be used in baking unless the oven is under 325 and needs some type of sugar in it. So I either add a tablespoon of my powdered shake which has fruit sugar in it or agava or light brown sugar. ONce you learn (experiment) with Stevia you will never go back. I have found that my son and his friends can not tell the difference As for Stevia in sugaring up meals...I add once the pot is off the stove (same for hot chocolate.....yummy) :cursing::drool::scared2::drool:over stevia

I wonder if it would work for eggplant but peel off the skin -
I USE the powdered Peanut Butter and purchase from the same place. BUT I purchase flavor extracts from the health food store and add them to my shakes or meals and add stevia which is zero calories and comes from the stevia leaf

PREGNANT and devastated
jollygreen1955 replied to iwalktheline's topic in Pregnancy with Weight Loss Surgery
I know that you should think of all your possibilities I had to adopt and LOVE my son to death My reason for not having children was a problem with the Dh and in those days ... your only option was using a sperm bank which I refused to do If you go to term.. you will see that everything will work out If you get an abortion... that is up to you and I WILL NOT think that it is anyones business but you should wait to see if you it really is correct for you There are girls here on the boards who have probably been banded because they can not have kids and would be a loving parent for your child PLEASE go to a womans group that get give you the emotional support that is needed My prayers are with you ... if you need help you can email me off the boards stay strong laura -

I have acorn squash soup (fresh) on the burner....yummy :0) I have to tell someone..yesterday there was a church sale and I went hoping (praying) for yarn. The priest tells me we just sold all the yarn. But, I went around to the other tables and this woman laughs and says that she has a bag at home...la.la.la...well I convince her that she should use it to make gifts for Xmas. I even gave her ideas and told her to google for free patterns So I walk out of the church, and happily go home. NOW>..this is the great part.... today... I see an offer for clothes that I will pass on the my lapband group...the woman gave it away and emails me if I could use comforters...well it is freezing up here and tell her I will pass on what I will not use. We pick up at her door..that is the agreement of this group...and there are jackets on top...husband had to help me get this big bag into car...where I checkd and saw the comforters...and the bag did have my name on it Well..I will be passing on the smaller items...but she gave me a fall jacket that I desperately needed.......BUT In her bag is the most gorgeous crocheted afgan...it is not the regular granny square...I shreaked for joy and emailed her with sincere thanks for all her items. Could you believe this???? Do you think that it is because of my unselfishness yesterday The afgan is so gorgeous..I have got to learn to get myself a site to display my work and this gift...it is slightly used but it is GORGEOUS I am now crying.... gotta go...laura
