Hi, thank you. I'm still in the 200's so I'm not even close to my goal. I definitely feel good though and am down about 60 lbs so far. No real complications. It's hard to put down bread, most starches and hard fruite, but other than that, it's been smooth sailing. LB is the best decision I've ever made. Have you been banded or are you thinking about it?
