  1. My date got changed! It's 3-7 now!!!! Counting down!!!!!!
  2. I think that you should not drink at all. At 2 weeks out that your even thinking about it is a red flag in my opinion. I went through a 6 month support / educational class before my insurance would give me my surgery date and all I ever heard when we spoke about alcohol was "no". No more, none, never, full of empty calories and bypassed people have a very high chance of becoming alcoholics......just say no!
  3. We have a lot of March bypassers!! Whooo hoooo! I have 3 weeks to wait, and after 6 months of classes so my insurance would pay for it 3 weeks still feels like it will be a longer wait!!
  4. Normal from what I hear!! It will be a good month before your energy is back.
  5. I just sent a friend request!! My surgery is March 14th!
  6. Ive heard no blending right after surgery! It adds to much air into your drink so if your doing it close to post op, let it sit to get the air bubbles out before you drink it.
  7. Ok......Id like to figure out about how much Ill loose after my bypass thats comming up soon. Can you all share how tall you are, starting weight, and how many lbs you've dropped the first few months??

  13. I had my band out in October and am being bypassed March 14th Im over the moon and so excited to start my new life ..... deep down when I got my band, I knew I should have gotten the bypass but I suppise all things in life happen for a reason. 17. Well, I had the band placed in November 09 and removed October 15 so this is the last time I want to go through wls.
