How far out of surgery are you ? Are you on solids ? Generaly speaking ... I am by no means saying go against doctors orders.. But SAY you were on solids... I personally try to stay away from carbs as much as possible. By that i mean "bad " carbs like white carbs, bread, rice Pasta ect. You can try whole wheat or spinach wraps .. Hummus is a good snack i eat it often . The key personally for me for a snack is Protein . The more protein you get in the less hungry you will be and the more it will fill you up until your next meal. Hummus has a lot of protein in it . So look for something to eat w/ it that does as well ? Or try it with veggies . HTH Mindy.

Last week my best friend and I went to a Brest Augmentation Seminar given by a Plastic Surgeon I would really like to use for at least some of my PS . I really learned a lot and was really impressed with the doc. I REALLY Liked the doc, his personality , I already know someone who has used him and he's pretty well known in my area. I learned some interesting things . I was on the fence between if i wanted Silicone or Saline before i went in and I am not sure i want silicone . I am still about 35 pds from goal but Wanted to start looking around for PS's . So Im glad i went over all .. Thanks Mindy

Just FYI , the post that was deleted the OP ( original Poster ) Was notified of the rule that was broken via PM . There were so many questions on the board about why the posts were deleted I posted the reason on the board as well. Posters are NOTIFIED Via PM if a post is deleted in most cases. If anyone has any complaints about LBT your more than welcome to either report a post ( if its about a post ) or email Alex the owner. No site is going to be perfect . Sites will have their issues. For the most part LBT does not like to "Police" the board. And FYI what gets deleted and does not has NOTHING To do with who pays for advertising. The rules are set up when you come on the board. They are emailed to you and are on the board at all times. If the rules are broken we will notify someone of that and taken proper action . Thank you Mindy

That doc better get his liscence pulled before he kills someone ! People say " oh its on the women too" BUT ya gotta think here are women ( Not octodummy )that are Desperate to have kids . This doc says "HEY Lets put in 100 embroys you WILL FOR SURE get a baby then . what the hell do you think these people are gong to say ? Not to mention the doc is the doc . Please, She's saying what she know's the public wants to hear in order to get more help. MAYBE she finally smartened up ? And as far as people not knowing where where she is going to live .
