Hi Leslie! I thought it would be a lot more difficult to keep this a secret but so far so good. I had surgery 01/15 and lost 10 lbs pre op and have lost another 12 since then. I'm on to solid foods as of this week. I have noticed NO restriction whatsoever BUT my willpower and self control has been surprisingly high so I've continued to lose. I run 5 times per week and am working on the couchto5K plan right now. I'm hoping to run my 1st 5K by April. It has been the best decision for me. And I have so much support on here as well as the OCC support forum that I feel I am not alone at all. Good luck to you, and let me know if you want me to refer you to Dr Ortiz. He was amazing!
