  1. Just a short suggestion on the morning hunger and 3/2 eating -- I have found a great protein hot chocolate that does the trick - it starts my day out right with protein and curbs the hunger, then the snacks are also protein drinks and lunch and dinner are the lean proteins, veges and fruit. It is true that you have to keep your metabolism going by feeding it regularly otherwise it shuts down.
