I got them at medifast.com n they have 7 packets in a box which makes 7 shakes n it's $15.50. N they say u can have 5 shakes a day but i only have about 4 cuz they aren't the best. But they aren't the worst either.

So how was ur weekend? Guess what since i started this diet 4 weeks ago i lost 20 lbs. I'm so excited. Today i started creamy soups, puddding, cotage cheese, and protein shakes. Its not much but its better than just liquids. Oh and i luvvv the gas x it helps me sooooo much. I just bought a new pack today cuz i take them all the time especially when i wake up cuz i always gota stomach ache then. tty soon

I'm feeling ok jus tired a lot. I finally got to a chiropracter so my back is getting better slowly but Surely. No i didn;t get a shake i'm sooooo bad and i've been to walmart n have a gift card to GNC. I'm glad u asked cuz now i feel guilty so i'll definately go tomorow after the gym. Well thats good for u. We got 15 inches!!!!!!!! I stayed in all day on saturday. Now they're sayen another snow storm is headen here on wednesday. Yuck!!!!!!!!!!
