Hey so i saw the pa yesterday n i lost 4 lbs since last month. She says thats good b/c they want people to loose 4 to 8 lbs a month. I wish it was more How much are u down? I'm jus gunna keep going forward and not look back. Also i have to find a shake that i like. She gave me a list of ones they recomend so i will have to go to gnc this weekend. Hi. My name is Rita. Ur a very pretty gurl n i wanted to tell u that the same thing that happend to u happend to me. I was heavy all my life then in 2003 i lost weight on my own n got to 150 lbs n was thin. Then i got pregnant n gained sooooo much weight. After i had her in 2006 i tried to loose it but it wouldn't come off. I even gained more weight. I was banded on Aug 17, 09. So im still recovering but I'm getting there. Since I started my pre diet on 7/28 i've lost about 22 lbs.

I got them at medifast.com n they have 7 packets in a box which makes 7 shakes n it's $15.50. N they say u can have 5 shakes a day but i only have about 4 cuz they aren't the best. But they aren't the worst either.

I have to sy u look awesome. Did u stay on a specific diet or exercise plan? Becuz im at 277 n want to drop to 155 in the same amoutn of time u did. Any info will help me greatly. U r a true inspiration

Yea I ordered a cake at costco and theyre guna make it blue underwater scene and i bought the ariel candle n candies to put on it. They only charge $16.99 for 1/2 a sheet.
