Hi. My name is Rita. Ur a very pretty gurl n i wanted to tell u that the same thing that happend to u happend to me. I was heavy all my life then in 2003 i lost weight on my own n got to 150 lbs n was thin. Then i got pregnant n gained sooooo much weight. After i had her in 2006 i tried to loose it but it wouldn't come off. I even gained more weight. I was banded on Aug 17, 09. So im still recovering but I'm getting there. Since I started my pre diet on 7/28 i've lost about 22 lbs.

Oh my gosh i have not talkted wit u in so long! So i bought these shakes at taergert called eams i think n theyr so nasty i need to try the atkins ones. Ive been crazy busy for my daughters party this saturday im goen nuts. So thats so kool that u work as a correction's officer. I kinda wiesh i had done that. So do u work in a jail? I'm feeling ok jus tired a lot. I finally got to a chiropracter so my back is getting better slowly but Surely. No i didn;t get a shake i'm sooooo bad and i've been to walmart n have a gift card to GNC. I'm glad u asked cuz now i feel guilty so i'll definately go tomorow after the gym. That's awesome i need to go away. yea so sienna was wheezing yesterday when i piked her up from daycare so i had to do the nebulizer every 4 hrs n today her dad took her to the dr again n they here sumthin in her lungs so she gota start a antiobiotic n still nebulizer. I hope she better by her bday, poor lil thing. Does ur daughter go to daycare?

Awwww thats cute i wish i could wear a skirt. I hope by next spring i'll be ready. I wanna reach my goal of losing a 110 lbs by like may 2010. Is that a good time frame? My weekend was ok jus hung out wit the family n went to a bbq. But now my daughter is sick wit a cold so i had to leave work at 1 yesterday to take her to the dr. She gota cough med thats for a runny nose too. I hope she gets better soon cuz this coughen all nite keeps me up. wat r u doen for ur bday?

That's kool, i love all types of spanish food. I bet u can cook really good I really didn't like the isopure drinks so i returned them. But the nutrionist told me to get the isopure creamy b/c they taste better but they only come in huge jugs that are like $50.

Well there are always bumps in the road but u'll get there. Wat kind of protein shake? U should try the medifast.

Yea I ordered a cake at costco and theyre guna make it blue underwater scene and i bought the ariel candle n candies to put on it. They only charge $16.99 for 1/2 a sheet. U jus look it and my daughter is half puerto rican and my b/f is puerto rican who is her dad.

I was gunna try just walking on the treadmill for a couple of weeks until i see my surgeons office for my first fill on sept 29, then i'll ask them when i can really work out. I feel so blah right now b/c i'm getten more n more hungrier n i feel like i haven't anymore weight. How's ur daughter? Mines bday is soon on sept 15 then shes haven a princess ariel party. She's so excited but it went from like 30 people comen to around 60 or more. Lol, i'm goen broke with these parties every year. ttyl

hey gurly! i went back to work today yucko. But they decidied to give me a raise b/c everyone has quit while i was out lol. I'm goen to sign up for the gym by my house tonight. So how was ur weekend? Guess what since i started this diet 4 weeks ago i lost 20 lbs. I'm so excited. Today i started creamy soups, puddding, cotage cheese, and protein shakes. Its not much but its better than just liquids. Oh and i luvvv the gas x it helps me sooooo much. I just bought a new pack today cuz i take them all the time especially when i wake up cuz i always gota stomach ache then. tty soon

Hey i saw the dr today n i lost 6lbs since last friday so im really excited. N the pain is beter today but my bak is in bad shape bcuz i keep hunching over from my port pain. well i hope is all worth it. so wat r u up to this weekend? my friend asked me to the club but im guna pass cuz it sounds too painful lol. tty soon
