  1. The only tips I guess I mainly go by are stay away from the mushies, unless you absolutely have to eat them because you are much too tight for anything else. Otherwise, don't fight the band, eat SOLIDS... you don't want stuff to go down 'easy'. You want it to stay there in your small stomach so you feel full. The longer it stays, the better. Meats and veggies are best. Of course, chew, chew, chew, lol... but don't give in to the 'easy' foods. =)

     

    And be agressive about fills. The minute I am able to eat more than a couple of bites at a time and am feeling hungry most of the day, I make that appt. to get my next fill. Usually every 4-6 weeks.
