i eat the same as any other typical bandster...but i do exercise a lot...i power walked and jogged my first 91/2 months and recently joined the gym...i do a hour on the treadmill...stair climber for 30 mins...the elyptical for 30 minutes and on the weekends i either take a spin or pilates class...i worked my wap up to being able to exercise the way i do...in the begining i was only able to walk up the street and i added more and more to my routine every 3 to 4 weeks
