I'm so sorry it took me soooooo long to get back to you. I lost my password so i couldn't log on unitl tonight. The baby is good now she was sick again last week w/ a cold so i had to call out 2 days n my job was pissed but oh well family comes first. N my boyfriend well more like my husband lol, had kidney stones n had to have surgery to blast them n put a stent in. So we r all recovering now lol. How r u all doing? Oh I lost 8 lbs since last month so my dr was extremely happy b/c she said the normal range is 4-8 lbs a month. N they took .75 cc's out of my band b/c she said thats why i was feeling like i couldn't swollow b/c it was too tight. So i have felt better since then. I go bak on 12/3 for another check. Do u get cheked every month? ttyl

Well i'll ask about the paapya pills as well. I don't feel chest pains jus the not able to swallow. I went to the gym tues n weds n it was awesomeeeeeeee I feel so good im gunna go again either fri or sat n sun. I hope it helps my weight loss. I do alot of weight training b/c they said its better to turn the fat into muscle then later do cardio. Wat do u like in the gym? ttyl........

ALSO I HVAE HORRIBLE ACID REFLUX N IT'S MAKEN ME FEEL LIKE I CAN'T SWALLOW. I SAW A THROAT DR YESTERDAY N HE SAID THE ACID IS GOEN UP MY THRAOT TO MAKE ME FEEL LIKE I CAN'T SWALLOW N IM CHOKEN. SO IM REALLY SCARED ITS GUNNA GET WORSE. I STARTED A NEW MED CALLED KAPIDEX FOR MY STOMACH. DO U HAVE ANY SIGNS OF THAT? OR KNOW OF ANYONE WHO DOES? Hey im doen ok. I had a fill on sept 29 n since have lost 6 lbs. Im goen back on 10/30 for another visit n I want a fill cuz I feel like I'm always hungry. I got the Atkins shake n it doesn't taste that good to me I guess I'm weird lol. How's ur daughter? Wat weight are u at now?

Hi. My name is Rita. Ur a very pretty gurl n i wanted to tell u that the same thing that happend to u happend to me. I was heavy all my life then in 2003 i lost weight on my own n got to 150 lbs n was thin. Then i got pregnant n gained sooooo much weight. After i had her in 2006 i tried to loose it but it wouldn't come off. I even gained more weight. I was banded on Aug 17, 09. So im still recovering but I'm getting there. Since I started my pre diet on 7/28 i've lost about 22 lbs.

That's awesome i need to go away. yea so sienna was wheezing yesterday when i piked her up from daycare so i had to do the nebulizer every 4 hrs n today her dad took her to the dr again n they here sumthin in her lungs so she gota start a antiobiotic n still nebulizer. I hope she better by her bday, poor lil thing. Does ur daughter go to daycare?

Awwww thats cute i wish i could wear a skirt. I hope by next spring i'll be ready. I wanna reach my goal of losing a 110 lbs by like may 2010. Is that a good time frame? My weekend was ok jus hung out wit the family n went to a bbq. But now my daughter is sick wit a cold so i had to leave work at 1 yesterday to take her to the dr.
