Hey! thanks u look amazing too! i love the bathing suit it has like all my favorite colors! i love spin class i joined a cardiovascular team at the gym its 4 of us with an instructor and the teams who does the most cardio wins a bunch of thing so no im working out 3 hrs a week cardio then wts i hope to lose a lot of wt in the next 6 weeks. im going to Colombia in 3 months and have to look GOOD lol! i need to drop like 30 lbs before july. what kinda of snacks are u eating? i need some ideas. im glad u are doing great!!! it shows

hi! i start working out more adding wts and toning classes to my routine also spin class once a week. I bought the protein shake u yold me to get and i love it! i still eat a cookie now and then but nothing like before lol! also i cut down on my carbs. how r u doing?

hey u look so good! dont u feel better? its amazing eveytime u try clothes on that u could not wear before and the changes in your body! i had the procedure done on july 28 and im down almost 50 lbs this was like the best thing i have ever done for myself.. how u doing with yours? nice to meet u

hi im going great thanks for asking! i have lost 26 lbs so far =) its been differrent, i never realized how much i could eat before until now and that surprised me a lot no wonder i gained all that weight but now im healthier and way happier with new life its like being born again u will see how much ur life can change with the lapband.. keep me posted on ur surgery hope all goes well take care!

hey... if i had to do it over again I wont even think about it! remember time goes by so quickly and oct 30th be here before u know it. The pain is not bad at all the most pain u might have is gas pain but walking and moving around will take care of that believe me! and where the port is implamted is sore but after 2 weeks u will be back to normal and feeling good i went back to work in 2 weeks. Your day will come soon =)
