  10. So u ate normal food right up til surgery day? Im wondering is there a reason most drs give a pre op diet or liquid diet? Im nervous that maybe its better to not have food in your stomach when u have the surgery....like how long does it take to completely empty out lol i know prob a crazy question haha

  20. I had the band in 2006 and lost about 120lbs 3 years later my dad passed away and i gained about 20lbs back then in 2010 got pregnant and gained almost 100lbs during my pregnancy then last april i had to have a new band put in because mine had formed a pouch above the band and have gained about 25lbs since then so now i am set to have the band removed and bypass done on april 16th and need to lose 150-200lbs is that realistic? I have heard some say you dont lose as much if bypass is your second WLS ...is that because alot of people have lost some of their weight with the lapband ? I am so nervous about the bypass and am all ready to do it but not so sure if its gonna be worth it if I cant lose at least 150lbs
  21. i am also worried i wont loose as much as people who just do the bypass but i have ALOT to loose so maybe that will make a difference
