  8. Just had my post op dr visit 6 days post op down 3.5lbs not much but ill take ot since i was told u gain 10-20 lbs in hosp from all the fluids .....he took out some staples and left one in each incision and 2 on the largest incision because i have a tendency of opening back up a little ....he alsp gave me stronger pain meds which im happy about cause the better i feel the more i can walk ....i go back in a week and am on liquids for i think 2 more weeks......cuz in 2 weeks i see the dietitian so i think she will tell me what i can and can not eat
  9. I agree!! While i was in the hospital my cousins wife who has recently lost 100lbs put on facebook that she is so proud of herself for losing so much weight on her own and not taking the easy way out.....first off she is bulimic and lives off diet pills and laxatives and thinks no one knows but many in my family do except her dad sister and obviously husband ....immediately family members said how rude it was and she tried to say it had nothing to do with me but we all know it did she deleted it off fb and thinks im not going to confront her but she is mistaken ....it infuriated me in the hosp 1 day after surgery in the pain i was in to see a post like that on fb let alone from someone who i know did it in the most unhealthy way possible and while she has many people fooled to think she did it on her own
