  1. On a more positive note, they were raving about my weight loss; the nutritionist said that I was losing weight like a person who had gastric bypass. She also encouraged me to have a snack if I'm hungry in between meals!! A-SNACK!! lol! She just asked me to document it so that they will have something to go by. Anyway, I kinda feel that I wasted my money today, but on the flip side, I guess, I needed the advice that they gave. I know that I am about to gain weight. I'm going to do what I was told to do, but I am going to hate seeing that scale go up! I have to go back in 2 weeks and give them more money and who knows what I will get in return.... It better not be what I got today! lol! Take care guys!

  2. I also thought about instead of joining a gym, to just go ahead and start purchasing my own equipment. I already have a treadmill, 5 lbs weights. trampoline and new bike (bought it during the summer and never been on it) I don't know what to do, but I know I have to do something. My fiance has our family signed up at this great gym where he works, but the drive has stopped me from enjoying it. Walmart has an elliptical machine in there for $200. I want that thing soooo bad, but with the exchange student here, all my extra money is being spent on entertainment and plus, I have to start saving to send my daughter to Germany. I just hope they are as good to my daughter as I am to theirs! lol! Anyway, keep hope alive ladies and stay in touch with reality.... I don't know where that came from! lol!

I was told about a month ago, by another nutritionist to not eat more than 40z at each healthy meal, protein first, to not snack in between meals, take all vitamins daily, and drink plenty of water and to do at least 30mins of exercise a day. This is such a far cry from what I was told today, which is, eat whatever you like, when you feel full stop!

  4. I went to join Curves the other day but I feel that a gym like that will better fit me after I've lost All of my weight. The women in there didn't even look like they were breaking a sweat and I need to

    -sweat the fat- I think I am just going to join the more aggressive gym for about 3 months and then sign up at Curves for a month to see if it would benefit me and then maybe go under contract with them.

  5. I just got back for my doctor's visit. I was suppose to get a fill today, but instead they told me to increase my food intake.... ok, this was so confusing to me, why would I do that? Anyway, my nutritionist said that she really didn't know how much to tell them to fill me at because I haven't tested the band to the fullest.

  6. Yesterday was C-R-A-Z-Y! That's all I'm going to say about it! lol! You are right Shonette, I really need to say thanks and keep it moving! lol! My fiance has started saying that I'm skinny.... I know that he just wants me to feel good about my decision, but I know he is lying. lol! It's comments like that that makes me not even want to ask anyone's opinion. I am a very straight forward person and it's hard to find people that will tell you the truth. I tell my friends all the time that I can tell myself a lie, so when I ask if an outfit looks right on me, I seriously want the truth! lol!

    I might post pictures.... I don't know.... I'm thinking about waiting until the end of the year before I post any updated pictures.

  7. Thanks Shonette. I realize that I'm human and I need to hear positive comments just like the next person. I'm going to continue to work hard and try to make my next picture 100 times better than these! I rejoined the gym that's a drive away, so I will either start back at that gym tonight or I will start first thing in the morning! Take care.

    What's up Guys,

    I finally got my calcium chewables, iron meds, one a day chewables, protein intake and constipation issues under control! Whew! I have been on one CRAZY ride and I'm glad to be getting off of that one! lol! I was confused and was really about to ask to have this band removed, but my fiance told me to change my vitamins to chewables and make out another schedule and see how that works and then if I still have problems, to look into having it removed. I've done that and things seem to be getting better. Getting pills stuck and constipation was making me think that being fat wasn't so bad. lol! I was seriously ready to throw the towel in.

    I try to take my vitamins on a regular. I admit that sometimes I do forget to take one but it's not often that I do. I'm going to think about posting some new photos, but to be honest, there isn't a change in my size. I mean, yea, the scale is showing around 30 lbs, but I don't think I've lost it in noticeable inches. I may just wait until Christmas to post. This wedding is stressing me out, my daughter wanting to go to Australia instead of Germany is stressing me out and the fact that I am in the process of opening up my first group home is mentally draining me! Oh, and let's not forget this lap band.... I am a walking zombie! lol! I'll make it though. I just have to. I'm planning to move to Aphretta Georgia in about two years and my time is running out to get this business up and moving. Plus, I want to have it running BEFORE I get married.
