Hey I understand about being so busy. Same here. It has been going very very well. I love my band!... Hey, word of caution..Don't lose too much on the diet. You so don't want them to say that since you are doing so well that you don't need/qualify for the band. That's what I did. I stepped up the exercise which helped a lot but I ate EVERYTHING I wanted with in reason. Now once I was on the pre-op diet that is when i got SERIOUS. I am sorry to hear about the hubby. How was the seminar? I think I went to the same one over at Methodist.

So sorry I didn't get back to you sooner. Getting the kid ready for school...Thank God tomorrow is the first day. I'm still waiting to get my first fill and i really "get it" too. What support group are you going to? I feel like I may need to go to some so I can stay on track. I am so glad you are moving on down...
