Hello, you look good girl... What did you do ? How much have you lost ?

You look great and the weight is coming off of you good. I have only lost about 20 pounds and I am kind of discouraged when I read about how others . I know it is different for everyone. What did you do ? Do you exercise alot. I the eating has changed.

Hello, you look great ! I am 9 months out and I have only lost around 20 pounds. I am going to have to try something else to get it going because I think I should have lost more.

You look great ! I was banded on Oct 15 2009 and really have not lost much so maybe I need to increase my excercise and my protein intake....

This is such an inspiration for me, I have a long way to go but I have had a very slow process with the band. I have restriction now so hopefully things will start to change.
