I just have a suggestion..if you feel like you dont have time to exercise...which believe me we call say that lol (including me) try to just take your 9 month old for a walk in the stroller. That way you are getting exercise and still taking care of your baby .

However, I have a friend who got it done and she was losing weight at first but now she is gaining weight and the doctors dont understand why? Does anyone know if this happens often or if this is one and a million chance of this happening? Please help?

I havent had my surgery yet but I had a talk with my doctor and he said it all has to do with your diet and exercise. He said that the band is just there to help control your eatting but if you arent eatting right or exercising you will gain weight or not lose weight. I know its a rough journey I just met a lady this week who got it done a year ago and she lost 82 lbs because at first she was really strict with herself and stuck with it and just when she thought it wasnt working..the weight just started falling off. Just be patient it will come. Oh and with the band filling...my doctor said if you dont go like you should to get your band filled it will get to the point where you will get back to normal where your stomuch use to be and that you need to keep up with it. I hope this helps.
