Sick and tired of being fat on and off all of my life, tried many times and many different way's to lose weight all of which work in the short term and result in weight gain. Decided to opt for surgery and the lapband was recommened. Went ahead on 28 May and have been losing steadily to date. Life is changing and I feel great.
