I was banded July 10th, so relatively close to the 16th. And I went for my first fill yesterday!! I was nervous too but it was a piece of cake, she had me do a little exercise like lift my legs up slightly or my head slightly to flex my abdominal muscles so she could feel my port!! So easy!!! After that I don't think I will ever be nervous for a fill again!!! So now I am on liquids, yesterday and today and then mushies thursday and friday then back to normal food!! I'd be glad to answer any questions that you have if i can!! And I am sure that your fill will go smoothly!! Good Luck!!
