Thanks guys! This is what I want to get back down to, I know I can do it. This was 4 and a bit years ago... it took me just under a year to lose the weight with weight watchers. I kept it off for about 8 months, then I had a few big stresses in my life at the time and gained back what I lost plus a bit more... but i'm determined to get back to this!!!
