good job on the 21 lbs . i lost 10 lbs on the 10 day fast and nothing since. keep going girl your awsome .

How are you?

Well 3 days out from surgery and I am feeling pretty good . I am still sore. The day of surgery was a whirl wind. came out of surgery feeloing like i vould not breath and was paniced, They imediatly started running test ekg stuff like that, They found that gas got stuck in my diafram and made it hard to breath they keep me pver night to be safe. Unfortantly thru all thatI had some problems urinating so I was sent home with a cathiter. Lots of pain the first and second day but feeling better to day,(By the way the cathiter thing only lasted one day. no fun) My only concern is I ahvent lost weight for 4 days.

Good to hear you are doing well. I will be leaving for the hospital in a hour. I am so excited. I wll keep you posted.

hope you are feeling good.. The nerves are starting to get to me alittle my surgery is on friday so i know where you are at. keep me posted on your progress.

good job I am a mom to i am day 2 on the pre op diet, was it a struggle when you were on the liquid fast????

my surgoen has me on a 10 day clear liquid fast. I am on the end of day. filling a little week and tired, and unfortunatly crabby. i am going to make it i have to.

Good choice . my surpery is on July 24. How is the 10 clear liquid fast going. I start tomarrow....
