My nerves are definitely on edge -- I don't really have a lot of support through this...actually I don't have any support. I know it's the right thing to do and that I will be successful but it is really easy to second guess yourself

I'm very fortunate that I don't have to do a pre-op diet. I lost 33 pounds on Medifast in 12 weeks a year or so ago so I know exactly what the pre-op would be like if I had to do it. I'm in the process of saying "goodbye" to all my friends. I had Thai for lunch and leftovers for dinner...Thai definitely won't be a band friendly meal as I must have the rice to go along with it I'm trying to keep it under control but I have a feeling I'll continue on with my goodbyes by having McDonalds, Wendy's and Burger King too...Geez! The 6th can't come soon enough!
