ok, Well as of Yesterday I was at 150lbs wearing a size 10 clothes. I went and saw the Doc and had a little unfill for I had gotten to tight. but all is well. I cant believe that I've finally have made it. Its always gonna be a work in progress but thanks to My Band! its rockin, I couldn't do it without it. It's been life changing for me.

Yes, I'am at goal. Whohoo!!! this morning i was at 160lbs. My avatar picture was actually probably 20lbs ago I need to update. Yes thats in North Georgia I believe i'm way down in South Georgia but it nice. Thanks for the reply I love all your post very inspirational.
