I am headed for a fill under flouro on Thrusday. Worried because I think I have gained a few. 2 massive snow storms in the last 12 weeks have kept me in the house eating. Worried DR will pummel me but I am guessing it happens. I am close to restriction but not quite there.

Could be doing better. Andy Capps Hot fries is my mortal enemy. I have good days and bad. I am getting my 4th fill on the 11th. Hopefully that will put me there. Nice to see someone at the same place.

Thanks for following the blog. this shows how far behind I am I am just reading my messages. It is nice to know that someone is reading. No restriction as of yet next fill on the 3rd
