no actually I lose weight when I travel unlike many. I find I feel healthier and workout and walk and enjoy the weather . I also eat good local food unlike the cheesie/nacho/chocolate fetish I have at home.

I think that I wil stick with TBLC's advice and unfill before vacation, so no probs and can enjoy.I mean ..mexico and margaritas and nachos.. once a year can't be that bad!

as for a pat on the back..NOPE, we're canadian, don't canadians celebrate like in those beer commercials? Um I don;t drink beer by the way, but i am on for one month at a time. Surgery is aug, so time to eat and get it together, I thought yoda left for buffalo.

Hay guys i am now on my third cottage cheese day....and today i can keep it down, does someone want to tell me why the heck I am having more sex? okay I was worried enough about this one, I talked to my doc. First the blood clots are not cuz of flying itself and the altitude, but the fact that you are jammed into a chair for hours on end with no movement. As for the band, i told them what i was reading on this website and they have had no experience with it with their patients but they said usually on vacation most would not be filled as they are on VACATION< so that was a lesson for me

Jude, okay okay do I have to be the person now with common sense?? lol after all we cancers look after people. yeah. like I said in another post..can't get better than her and man if I looked like her after being banded, that is my incentive!!!! She is classy, compsasionate and knows her stuff, I should hate her. lol no I think she is really quite an excellant person.

CLoe Wow great news congrats.that's what keeps me eating this mush pre-diet! I feel a little better just spoke with Nisreen who called me at 6:30 this evening, so yes i think the TBLC folk are dedicated and concerned and she answered my questions. Oh someone once said they may cancel surgery if they can't get to yuor gut if your liver has not shrunk...NOPE they then do it open as in larger incision, so NOPE, you do not lose your money and it is still done.

hi there folks.Okay i called tlbc today and nisreen was buys so I spoke with carol.....lots of answers excpet the chicken one. Anyway I bought yogurt....12 of them since they were on for 1.88 which is good. So I just ate cottage cheese,,it is still in there and not churning my guts yet. Hell ya, then I went to chapters after watching oprah looking for a sex book,, i have to make up for lost time when i get this done! So so far no chicken breast and I am taking this day by day, God I am so sorry Ifeel like I am whining my way through this . and yes carol says I can have diet pepsi. Funny thing is when I came on here ages ago, my relationship was in the crapper and after three days of fighting, pretty much I wanted to know if he's in it or not , cuz i have spent the last year and a half focsued on him, that now it is my turn and I am focusing on me! So somethings changed cuz I have now had sex three times and the last time was ...um who knows and we seem to be okay so I can't explain it,,, umm i guess this should be in the adult content lol god i am hungry ,,,,,,,!!!

that is concerning. fluids and then ya gain weight aftre all of this,......??? no please , maybe its cuz your body got used to fluids and gaining since reintroduction to food but will sort itself out. Oh heres a question for those of you intheri forties will this be at a snails pace?
