I have heard some things that also concerned me, such as memory problems, fuzzy thinking, etc. and the saying about the stomach being the "second brain". There are alot of important things happening in the stomach, and I tend to worry about losing 85 % of it. My doctor told me that the deuodenal switch operation did the same thing and those people didn't have a problem, so it should be fine.
