My date is 11/14 too! I will be on vacation in San Diego when I start my pre-op diet. I'm just thinking of the money that I'll save from not eating out at restaurants during that time. Good luck!

So exciting! That's my birthday too, it's definitely a good day! Haha! My surgery date is just a couple days before you on 11/14. Good luck!

My pre-op packet said that it is planned overnight stay, but that it is an approx timeframe. Getting super excited!!

I have heard that too! That is exactly why I am doing a self-imposed pre-op diet. Don't want to take any chances. Besides, losing a couple pounds (hopefully) before surgery can't hurt! I also think it will help me prep better for the post-op diet.

11/14 here! Officially less than a month, getting excited!

That's great!! I took the sports bra and shorts pictures, but tomorrow they are coming off the phone and going onto the computer into some secret hidden folder somewhere lol!

Exactly! I forgot about measurements. I'll do those too!

I'm taking them today! One month until I get my sleeve! Is everybody else photo documenting their journey?

that is really helpful! Thank you!!Here is what my surgeon gave me. Not completely restrictive.

@@roundisashape I was trying to research that online and here on BP. I'm thinking 2-3 shakes/isopure drinks a day and one meal. Same as you! I was going to try the unflavored Protein in broth and Soup to kind of experiment with it. I'll probably do Clear Liquids and sugar free Jello starting 3 days before (11/11) too.

11/14 for me! My surgeon doesn't require a pre-op diet, but I am doing one anyway starting on 11/1. So excited!!

Hasn't hit me either! I'm trying to focus on getting everything prepped and trying to research as much as possible. The complication stories are hard to stay away from. :/

Ha!! I did pick up a grape one. I'll have hubby try that one first lol!

I went to Hi-Health yesterday to get a couple of bottles to see if I liked any of the flavors. They only had the powder jugs ($40 each on sale) and the 20oz glass bottles ($4 each). I tried the blue raspberry, but holy cow was that sweet! Tasted like the blue Syrup they use on snow cones. It wasn't terrible, but I couldn't finish the full 20 oz. I know they sell 8oz plastic bottles too. I'll be getting those online if I can find a flavor that is calmer. Has anyone else tried them yet? Even drinking half of it, I still got 20 grams of Protein, so that's good I guess.

I saw this post yesterday and thought, "Wow! that's not much time at all!". I looked at the calendar this morning and I realized I only have 7 weeks left!!! My sleeve date is 11/14. It doesn't feel like enough time, but then it feels like it isn't soon enough.
