Now that I'm at my goal weight, I still feel so bad about myself. I have so much loose skin in my stomach.

HELLO VST'ers..it's been a while. I have had a little snacking issue at night and realized it's because I haven't been coming on this site every night to keep my mind off of snacking. Will be here every night! LOL

Tomorrow is DETOX day...all protein...no carbs & sugar!!!!

Lowest weight since I was in my 20's! 148 today! Woo HOO

Went to my monthly support group...so empowering....

Fit into a size 6 today!! WOO HOO! Love my sleeve. Although I'm FREEZING all the time now! LOL

Got on the scale and realized that as of today, I am exactly 100 pounds down from my highest weight!!! WOO HOO!

Had to get size 8 jeans today! I bought 10's 2 weeks ago and they are now too big!

HIT GOAL TODAY!!! My dad gave me $1000 to buy new clothes. He's awesome <3

8 months today!! I am 3 POUNDS from goal and have lost a total of 99 pounds from my highest weight! Just got back from Disney and lost 2 pounds! Loving my sleeve!

Second part of my transformation will be Sep 2nd! Getting Lasik! Goodbye glasses....

Went shopping today...Size 8 dress and pants for work!! I also bought skinny jeans!!! LOL

Mixed up the workout today. Did the arc trainer for the first time and is really working my arms. I actually have definition now.

OK....6 pounds to go. 7 month follow up with my doctor tomorrow. Can't wait to see him, last time was in May!!

Horray..I finally figured out how to add a picture! LOL. Here is me in my SIZE 10 dress....wearing a BELT!!!!

These last 10 pounds are going to be the death of me!!! i may have to do a day of shakes!

10 POUNDS FROM MY GOAL WEIGHT!!!! It's so close...I can taste it!!!

Wow...haven't lost a pound in a while. I don't know if my body is telling me it's 'done" but I am going to try to get to goal! 12 more pounds!! I can do this!!!!

I treated myself to an iPad for getting to goal (yes, I'm about 10 pounds away but what the heck?)!!!!!

Yesterday was my 6 month surgiversary!! I can't tell you how much better my life is. Was an 18/20...now a size 10. I'm confident and content with myself for the first time in many years. Love my sleeve!

July 3rd will be 6 months since surgery. I can't believe how time flies. As of today, I have lost 33% of my total body weight! Woo Hoo!

HIT the BIG 80 today!!!! 15 more pounds until goal!!

Getting closer to my goal!! Only 16 pounds left!! WHOO HOO

77 pounds off!! 18 pounds to goal. It almost seems surreal at this point. I still feel like the 'old me" After I get to my goal, I'm going to see if I could lose a little more....

25 pounds left to goal...weight is creeping off. Busting my butt for 2 pounds since May 23rd. They do say the last 20 are the hardest!!
