to be honest I don't see a difference yet. when I 1st started I weighed 293 today 243 so I'm not at that stage yet. But what I do is I put lotion all over my tummy to keep the elasticity. don't know if working, but I don't see any sagging yet.

No, but I'm definitely going to it it a try!!! I use to go to Lindora, so I'm just re-reading my book. It's seems to have jump start my weight loss. 31lbs since 6/15/09, was stuck for weeks....
