Red, I have tried all three flavors today. I wonder why anyone would want to change the flavors with the syrups? It seems to me that they have enough flavor the way it is. IMHO that is:) . When they say Balsamic Vinegar Dressing, does anyone know how it is mixed or do you just buy the regular bottled version? I was thinking of putting it on some lettuce tonight. Gail

Hi Everyone! I was out of town again and am leaving again for a few days after my classes and pre-op appt. I was looking for the sugar free flavorings today and couldn't locate them at Smiths or Albertsons. Where are you finding them? I am going to start my diet tomorrow. Wish me well. I will be doing this while on the road. That probably won't be real easy but I GOTTA DO IT!! Gail

Hi you guys, I just got back at noon today. I was in AZ for a few days. When I got home, guess what was sitting at my front door! I think I will start on Sunday. Do you think I can lose 7 lbs by my surgery if I stick strictly to the diet? Hope everyone is doing well! I had to go back and read all the posts! I missed you guys. Gail

Thanks Chris. I picked that ticker/picture because it kinda reminded me of Walker Lake. My Avator is a picture of a sunrise looking towards Canoe Hill. There are also some geese flying in the picture, you just can't see them because it is so small. Good luck to you Chris!

Does anyone remember what the percentage formula that we are supposed to use to figure out how much we are supposed to lose before surgery? I can't find where I wrote it down. Thanks! Oh my gosh! Jugglers and Highway Patrolmen A Louisiana State Trooper pulled a car over on US165 about 2 miles south of the Louisiana/Arkansas State line. When the Trooper asked the driver why he was speeding, the driver said he was a magician and juggler and was on his way to Monroe to do a show at the Shrine Circus. He didn't want to be late. The Trooper told the driver he was fascinated by juggling and asked if the driver would do a little juggling for him then he wouldn't give him a ticket. He told the Trooper he had sent his equipment ahead and didn't have anything to juggle. The Trooper said he had some flares in the trunk and asked if he could juggle them. The juggler said he could, so the Trooper got 3 Flares, lit them and handed them to him. While the man was juggling, a car pulled in behind the patrol car, a drunken good old boy from Arkansas got out, watched the performance, then went over to the patrol car, opened the rear door and got in. The Trooper observed him and went over to the patrol car, opened the door asking the drunk what he thought he was doing The drunk replied, "You might as well take my ass to jail, cause there's no way in hell I can pass that test."

Pam, I thought that was your surgery date 2-22-07? Oops sorry, I checked my calendar, it says the 20th. Did you change the info on your personal stats to the 22nd already? That threw me off:)

I live south of Reno. But am there often. My surgery isn't scheduled yet. I spoke with the office today. I took the last test I needed to do last week. The results weren't back yet today but if everything is ok, maybe I'll get a date pretty soon. Thank you for the info on the veggies etc.

Hi Pam, I know you asked Red what her favorite flavor was, do you have one? I haven't ordered mine yet, I don't have a surgery date yet. Dr. Ganser will be doing my surgery. Hopefully next month at the latest. Gail

Before I say goodnight after all of these posts, I too want to say thank you to Ron. As others have said, you weren't on here all by yourself and there are those of us who really appreciate alot of what you have been saying. I don't blame you for not wanting to acknowledge BJean, she is very rude.
