  1. It was in the 1980 something. I am 12 pound away from 100 lost. I wanted to lose 100 pounds by 7/15/2010. I need to get busy. You all have a great summer stay cool.:thumbup:

    4th of July Challenge!

    I am scheduled to return to the Dr. on the 15th of July I want to be 100 pounds lighter. I need to lose 12 pound got to get my master plan in place. I can do this I have 30 days to lose 12 pound.
  4. Is not onederland great. I am at 175 from 263.My first goal was 199.9. My 2nd goal is -100 pound. I have 12 pound to go. Life is good. Keep up the great work see you at your next goal.

    How to get ur groove back ???

    Yes start a good walking program. Sign up for a 5k and train for it. Tell your friends so you will have to do it. I was banded 7/14/2009. I have lost 88lbs. I have 20 pounds to goal. I am training to walk a 13.1 miles on Nov.7, 2010. So maybe if you set a goal and a plan to reach it you will melt away those last pounds. Go for it.

    Was this a waste of time?

    Are you eating your protien first,then veggies. Do not eat anything that will slide through the band. Walk at least 40 mins a day. I was banded on July 14 2009 I have lost 88 pounds following these rules. I am also training to walk 13.1 miles in Nov. Write down what you are eating and when you may be eating too much. It will work it is a tool and you need to learn how to use it.

    Fit Challenge??

    Go for it what do you have to lose? Weight. It will give you the drive to set and met a goal. 12 weeks that is a good 24-30 lb. weight loss not to quess how many inches. Go for it.

    Weight Watchers Online: Support Thread

    I doing WW at work. I love it. I need to keep a better food tracker. I am going on a cruise in 4weeks, and if I keep track of my walking and my food I may can lose another 8 to 10 lbs before then. I will let you all know how I do. 186 goal 176.

    Hi I was banded on July 14 2009. You are in for the ride of your life. Enjoy reaching each and every goal. Please by all means set them even if you have to adjust them along the way. The soreness will go away.

    Weight loss goals

    I was banded 6/14/09, I was 263. I weigh 191 now and I have set my goal at 160. I am 5'3" and 56 years old.:confused:

    I don't understand!!!

    I was banded 7/14/09 and I have lost about 67 pounds I feel great. I Still and trying to eat right because I have a fear of gaining the weight back. My goal I want to lose 100 pound by my bandiversay. I am now living in onederland and I am soooooooooooooo happy.

    Do you miss eating?

    I miss the big meals. I was banned 7/14 down from 263 to 196 I feel great. So with this new feeling nothing taste better than being thin feels.:smile:

    I would love to join the Easter Challenge. I have a little over 9weeks till Easter Sunday. I would love to lose about 20 lbs. So I need to get busy. Starting at 198.5 goal 178.5.

    Sketchers Shape-Ups

    I have a bad knee and a knee replacement:frown:, if they do nothing but cushion you knees and hips that is a plus. I own a pair and they are great my knees and hips they do not hurt at the end of the day. I work in food service and I so a lot of walking and standing. I will let you know about the shape up part but the cushion under the bottom is great.

    Please hang in there it will be well worth it. Write down what you are eating. Eat slow and do not drink while you are eating. You will get there.
