Jennnnnnnnnn!!! AWESOME! Wow sooo cool. You're doing awesome!!! I am doing good, this past month has been a slow weight loss one for me, and I know its my own fault, not always the best choices on the go and summertime stuff, but at least I havent gained!!! I have lost a total of 81 lbs now. (308 to 227 now) I can remember the days when I had a slight setback (which meant bad diet days and gain 10lbs!) ugh.... so I am okay with a month of maintaining, lol I am kicking it back up a notch now that its fall and LOOK OUT, I'll need something to hold me down when a stong wind picks up!!
