:thumbup: Hi I am 55 and was banded on the Sept. 23rd and I know of a lady that had the band done on Sept 15th and she is 63 sooooo no prize for being the oldest LOL. Sincerely I pray a quick recovery and GREAT rewards. I feel pretty good am progressing great according to my dr. just a few pangs at port site every now and then and am sure just a temporary situations. God bless:lol:

I pretty much LOVE(that is a strong word for protein drinks) but the Isopure protein drinks come in fruity flavors and that is a nice change from chocolate vanillia etc. It has 40 grams of protein in 20 oz. but 350 cal. 53 g of carbs. I have kept and sipped for different flavor . My dr. only wants me too have 50 total carbs a day in my pre op diet. Share with me if you find something good. EAS carb control is my fav right now. I also have Tricare and got approved quickly too! ( less than 2 weeks) My date is Sept. 23rd. The best to you and SUCCESS x 100.

I dont think you will have any problems getting approved. With me I found the best help was my primary pushing the issue. It took 2 weeks for approval when the ducks were all in a row. I had met the catastrophic cap so everything is covered 100%. Surgery is 9/23 . I am on the pre op now !God bless.

Hi yes the nervous is there. Mine is on 23rd and TRY to focus on the positive. I look through the before and after pictures. That sure helps. God bless and provide support and speedy healing.
