No changes at all from the plane. However stress does tighten the band so if you are a scared or stressed flyer you may experiencing tightness.

I do 1 cup cereal and 1 cup milk. I found the new Kashi vive cereal and I love it! It keeps me full for such a long time and its super yummy.

Phenergan or compazine works well for me. But I think your problem is coming from eating too much since it is after a meal. Slow it down and i bet that will help you. I still get nauseaous if i eat too much or too fast. Eat tiny bites and chew chew chew. Also you should really be eating over 30 mins and a only small quanitity of food.< /p>

In my case it wasn't the doctor that charged the money, it was the hospital. They say it goes to paying for the nut, admin fee and programs but my insurance covers all of that stuff. It's a scam, but what can you do when every major hospital in the city does the same?

I eat when I'm hungry. If that means snacking I do. If I wait until mealtime, then I am too hungry and i tend to eat too much and too fast. If a little 100 cal sncks tides me over I'm all for it. In my post op care packet it has 3 meals and 3 Snacks worked into the day.

Put on an outfit that fits, take a new pic and I bet you will see a diff. that shirt is wayy too big.

Like tater I do this with food that my band dosen't like. That way I get to enjoy the yummy food without the tummy ache. My dog also loves this as I mostly chew and spit meat.< /p>

yeah I had to pay $500. I think it is a major major scam but I wanted the surgery and all the hospitals in my area charge the fee. I don't think it is fair, I feel like it is the hospitals way of sticking it to us.

I have actually done the opposite. I went from a C to a D. I think it depends if the breast is really breast tissue or fat.

My new favorite butternut squash Soup would be great for you.

take 2 butternut squash peel and chop them. Then drizzle them with olive oil salt and pepper and bake at 350 until soft, also bake a sweet potatoe. Meanwhile suatee two large onions in butter until soft add in two cartons of chicken stock. When the squash and potatoes are cooked add them into the stock. Puree until creamy. Add in 3-4 cans evaporated milk. season with salt, pepper, ginger, cumin, turkey seasonings and maple syurp. This tastes like thanksgiving, it is sooo good!

yup you put your foot in your mouth. Your wife would not even qualify for LB at her weight.

For me the day before I have no restriction. But then once I get my period wham major tightness. I usually lose some weight with my period so thats a plus.

My dad was looking into plastic surgery for that. It is about 2,500 and the doctor did tell him once you get it the only way to get rid of it is surgery.

I used Dr. Vernon. She works at both the faulkner and the brigham. I absolutly love her and her staff. They are sooo nice and caring. I would use her again in a heartbeat. I had my surgery done at the brigham but I have all my follow up appointments at the faulkner.

Most likley insurace will not cover it. Insurance companies generally pay for a BMI of 40+ or 35+ with 2 co- morbidities. If you have a BMI of 39 how much more weight is it to get to 40. For example you might just want to eat lunch and drink a big thing of Water before going to the doctor and getting weighed. You are so close to 40 why risk being denied over 1 bmi point.

As far as your doctor goes if she doesn't support you get another one. This is you life and your health and she should be behind you 100% as you attempt to make this huge change towards better health. But i think you can still get the lap band without your pcp approval as long as it is ok with the surgeon.

I got bigger. I went from a 46 C to a 36D. I miss my C cup, I always felt that a C cup was perfect, its big but not too big. But I guess I have to get use to a D cup. I got measured at victoria's secret and I didn't believe her, I went home and measured myself again and it was true. I kinda knew it was coming since I was spilling out of all my 38C bras but its still a surprise.

Nipple piercing can interfer with breastfeeding, I don't know if you were thinking of having a baby in the future.

I think it is something that I would have to see. The description of the outfit dosen't sound too bad, but the image in my head may be different than reality.

I wanted to join the Navy but since I have the lap band I can't. It is a medical disqualifier, so I dout the army will allow it since he is active duty. But good luck with your band!!
