Thanks for your posting. I just wanted to say to u to be careful with the fillet migon. This was a 90.00 piece of meat last night and I got so sick. It is hard to get up and take a break when u are sitting down at the table to eat. You have to go very slow and take breaks to let the food down. remember what I said to u. it is not worth it to get sick. most importantly don't drink.

I wanted a fill and he said no for the past 2 months. I can't wait to find out what is there when he pulls back the solution.

I'm really not feeling much restrictiona and know that I need a fill. Hopefully he will agree. Thanks for responding.

Hi there. It is 4 months for me. There are good days and bad. It is hard not having certain foods. But the pay off is worth it. I am feeling wonderful. All my clothes are big. Just be aware that there are certain foods you will not be able to eat. It is a sacrifice.

thanks for your response. I am concerned b/c I just don't know if what I am feeling is normal. maybe things will go back to normal in a few weeks. I will start my food jornal today, Have a good week

Thanks for your reply. I went back to the gym this am and did step class. I am really making an effect to eat small portions and drink my protein shakes everyday.

I am chewing slow and can't wait for my first fill. How much did your md put in the first fill. my Doc. says he is going to put in 1. 5 cc the first fill on June 17 th. Looking forward to hearing back from u. Eileen
